World-Class Museum in Arizona!

The UArizona Alfie Norville Gem & Mineral Museum is housed within the historic Pima County Courthouse, an architectural landmark celebrated for its striking Spanish Revival design in the heart of downtown Tucson.

The UArizona Alfie Norville Gem & Mineral Museum is dedicated to providing public education, the preservation of minerals and meteorites while also serving the research needs of professionals, students and collectors. The collection is world-wide in scope, but with specific emphasis on minerals from Arizona and Mexico.

MSA has been a proud partner of the UArizona Alfie Norville Gem & Mineral Museum since 2021 as a founding organization extending MSA's legacy of mineral education into Pima County's word-class gem & mineral museum. Today, key Arizona specimens from MSA's Mineral Collection are on permanent display in the Arizona Gallery's Bisbee Stope exhibit, as well as in a dedicated MSA Club Case.

Mineralogical Society of Arizona (MSA) has coordinated a special tour at UArizona Alfie Norville Gem & Mineral Museum on Saturday, August 22, 2026 (1:00 PM).

MSA extends special invitation to members of Flagg Mineral Foundation and Pinal Gem & Mineral Society to join MSA for this special engagement at UArizona Alfie Norville Gem & Mineral Museum.

Guided tours are an immersive experience and MSA is honored to have narrated tour of various galleries by expert guides:
