Mineralogical Society of Arizona (MSA) and Pinal Geology and Mineral Museum (PGMM) are excited to announce Special Event on Saturday, June 4th.  Mark your calendars and register to participate in this very special engagement to enjoy exhibits and several new museum acquisitions. 

Bob Jones recently donated an original MSA Exhibit Case back to MSA and MSA has loaned case filled with many fine specimens from MSA Mineral Collection for public exhibit at PGMM. 

Bob Jones also donated a large carved emerald depicting miners and MSA President Chris Whitney-Smith will donate a large field collected specimen to PGMM during this Special Open House.

Pinal Geology & Mineral Museum

Focused on Pinal County, we educate the public about the mineral, geologic, and paleontological history of our state through exhibits, collections, public lectures, tours and other programs.

The museum is the only natural history museum in Pinal County.

Located near downtown Coolidge the museum provides teaching and outreach programs through presentations of geological, mineralogical, paleontological, and anthropologic materials for the education and enjoyment of its visitors.

We have a special focus the geology and mineralogy Pinal County, and the state of Arizona. We also house a unique collection specimens from around the world.
